CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

On the first and second cancellation that has been made there are no deposit and cancellation charges are required.

But then on the third appointment, the hairdresser will charge $100 deposit before the third appointment will be made.

If the third appointment has been cancelled again or the date has been changed, that’s when the hairdresser will keep the $100 deposit.

Unless the hairdresser has to cancel the third appointment for any reason, then the hairdresser has to refund the $100 deposit back to the customer.

If the hairdresser has to change the date of the third appointment for any reason, then the $100 deposit will still remain.

If the third appointment has to be changed (by the customer or hairdresser) only the timings of the appointment within the same day, there will be no changes and the $100 of the deposit will still remain.

Every confirmation appointment needs to be confirmed before 7 pm, otherwise the booking will be automatically cancelled.

 

IMPORTANT

When attending your appointment, please wear appropriate clothing, nothing of high value, as items of clothing can get damaged during the process. I will not be held liable for any damages to clothing.
